I would like to try out Org-Z. Is there a manual?

Unfortunately there is no manual, only the readme. You can follow the instructions there to install with straight.el. There is only one keybinding that gets added by default, which is C-. to open the search interface for inserting a link. There are a few other functions that might be useful (e.g. org-z-backlinks-at-point), which you can discover with describe-function and looking up org-z. There's not really much else to the package. Happy to answer any other questions you might have as you check it out or try to install it!
