Windows installer with optional installation of Qt5 libraries

Hi! is it possible to do the windows installer with optional installation of Qt5 libraries: as downloading option, or to create the alternative installer without included libqt? Thanks!

I prefer an alternative installer, the bundle with all needed library files should be the default, it's the simplest way for the common Windows user.
