Added option --list health to report missing VLAN results from dvSwitch Health Check

Hi William, I've added a '--list health' option to the getgetdvSwitchInfo.pl script. It prints a report about missing VLAN IDs read from DVSwitch Health Check sorted by DVSwitch HostSystem and pnic. It would be nice if you could check it and add the changes to your repository. Best regards Tim Lapawa
