A few VCSA 6.7 JSON updates

Deployed using a VCSA v6.7U1 and a few changes necessary. There are no conditional checks for earlier versions so if you want to create a vSphere 6.7 branch with NSX-T v2.3 I'll be working my way in that direction and post updates as I do.
