Corrupted all Machines after backup

i have used very often the ghettovcb for backup the machines on esxi always without problems but with the last installation on esxi 7 after the first scheduled backup all the original machines it was corrupted ( those saved are OK Fortunately)

when i try to start a machines i have this error :

The redo log of 'MTA-000001.vmdk' is corrupted. If the problem persists, discard the redo log.

and if i try to consolidate the disk :

Failed to power off virtual machine MTA. The operation cannot be allowed at the current time because the virtual machine has a question pending: 'msg.hbacommon.corruptredo:The redo log of 'MTA-000001.vmdk' is corrupted. If the problem persists, discard the redo log.

this for all the machines, i had think to a hw or controller problem but i have check and all it's ok. It's a nightmare, if i think that could be do it again ... what can i check ?
