Feature request: Allow option to use port 22 for NETCONF

Requesting the ability to choose port 22 for NETCONF over SSH to devices.

In my case there are firewall policies permitting port 22 to all network devices, but not port 830. I'd rather not have to make changes in both firewall policies and device ACLs across the network when the function is already supported on standard SSH port 22.
