mark response as changed if show_mut mutates the text

The show_mut function allows to toggle checkboxes while viewing the rendered markdown. Up to now, there is no indication if the function has changed anything.

This PR marks the response as changed, if any checkbox has been toggled.

In addition, it renames the response variable to inner_response to correspond to the actual type (InnerResponse).
