Add additional initialisation parameter: fnServerParams

Please add additional initialisation parameter: fnServerParams or provide a way to easily extend the DataTable_DateTable::renderDataTableOptions function. My workaround: Overwrite DataTable_DateTable::renderDataTableOptions.
