DottyDoc - Please show package path on trait/class/object doc pages

If you're drilling down into an API and click on something you (today) see the docs for that object/class/trait. What you don't see anywhere is the package that object/class/trait lives in. That would be useful information to see, and is present in the current ScalaDoc output.
