Unless we want to always keep the docker container provided at the latest PHP version regardless of the minimum supported, I don't think we'll ever want to merge these and if we close them, we'll get new ones each time there's a new PHP minor. I can submit a PR to disable this in renovate for this repo only?

I'd rather have them auto-merge, but we need some verification for it (minimal CI)
