Thanks for the reply @golimpio. After a few reboot, the USB C port now hot pluggable but only for 3 times before stop being hot pluggable:  Pretty weird right...

My BIOS are already at 1.14.0, which is latest. Looking at remap usb T.T. Thanks @wmchris

I can confirm having this kind of jump in battery indication on both Mojave (my previous setup) and Big Sur as well. Mine had 87 Wh battery 

I had replace my battery once. It was about a year old now, and is a genuine Dell battery. The bigger issue here is that there are time my laptop...
