No module named 'vtkCommonCorePython'

I'm able to get up to the point in my project of label-3d, then receive the error "no module named vtkcommoncorepython" when I run label-3d. I've tried uninstalling everything in the anipose install, reinstalling, and have confirmed the vtkcommoncorepython.py and .dll are present in my env lib. Any ideas?
