Error in pose estimation from trained DLC Model

Encountered an error while running anipose analyze on a new config.toml with a working DeepLabCut config.yaml Screen Shot 2020-06-08 at 1 26 48 PM Had no trouble running deeplabcut.analyze_videos() in the same folder.

Hello @omeleavitt ,

I'm not sure what the issue could be... I think that it's trying to run on a video with only 1 frame? Anipose will try to run deeplabcut on all the videos in your folder, so could it be that one of them is too small? Specifically, does running deeplabcut.analyze_videos on the video '01_001_Cam0_SN18383113` work?
