Does anipose work with calibration images?

Hello! Does anipose work with calibration images? Or does it only work with calibration videos? The pictures are taken from the video, and I've used those pictures on MATLAB for stereo calibration and also on DLC, and I want to use those for anipose calibration for comparison. Thank you!
