Configure custom.js in windows 10

Summary

Trying to setup jj as key binding for <Esc> on Windows 10 OS. However, it is not working. Can anyone help with this?

It's working fine with the Linux OS.

I am following the same steps on Windows i,e:

  1. Creating the custom.js file
  2. Copying the code for the key binding
  3. Restart jupyter notebook
