Upstream breaking changes

Things are currently broken due to https://github.com/metabase/metabase/pull/10011 and https://github.com/metabase/metabase/pull/10010 .

https://github.com/metabase/metabase/pull/10010 is easy to fix (just some renames), https://github.com/metabase/metabase/pull/10011 is going to be a pain, as we need to completely rework foreign keys.
