Describe the pull Adds additional options to several classes to enable various features for canal work

1. Adds the option to remove the liquid check when breaking a block
2. Adds the option to mine blocks beneath the player
3. Adds a setting to build tools that gives the player the option to break down e chests
4. Adds option to turn off debug text rendering

Additional context Note, depends on #578 being committed first or having the change from that commit reverted in this PR
