Use MeshMC for 1.18.2

This I believe would be best as it would allow one to maintain mostly version independent code for 1.12.2 and 1.18.2 with version specific mixins (soon™)

The tool is created by the Ares client devs and is currently not fully functional but when this released it would allow lambda to maintain 1.12.2 forge and 1.18.2 fabric versions of the client, ready for if 2b2t updates but not abandoning 1.12.2.
