pause AutoWalk in elytra fly when entering a unloaded chunk.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. some servers cant keep up and when you enter unloaded chunks, they kick you for going too fast or some other reason.

Describe the solution you'd like a option to pause autowalk when entering chunks that havent been loaded. (similiar feature found on meteor 1.18 client)
