@logaretm Can't we keep a dirty state parallely ourselves for useFieldModel and only mark fields dirty if the user has mutated value ?

@gardspirito Yes running with `LANG=en_US.UTF-8 Oni2_editor` makes the editor work

@kanongil But what about use cases like signed urls from signup links and stuff ? Isn't these best left to the user of the library ?
