@Xottab-DUTY We do plan to move to developing in GitHub (for the reasons you mentioned, among others), but there will be a transition period while we migrate our CI systems...

We've just released Steam Audio 4.1.2, which contains a fix for this issue: https://github.com/ValveSoftware/steam-audio/releases/tag/v4.1.2. Try it out, and let us know if the issue persists.
@21pdavis Can you provide a video of the issue, and preferably a minimal project that reproduces it? Also, are you using nearest-neighbor interpolation with your HRTF, or bilinear?
