Punch Plugin: How to find the file path to the "templates" directory?

I'm attempting to write a Punch plugin. How can a plugin find the full directory path to the "templates" directory? I spent some time looking through the source but couldn't find anything useful.

Accessing templates path depends on the type of plugin you're writing.

I quickly went through the customizing punch section again and still can't see anything in there.

In case it's not clear, I would like to translate "templates" to something like "C:\MyProjects\MyPunchSite\Templates"
