If a shard is lost and thus the file can't be downloaded, notify the user of this.

Right now when a shard is lost on the network and the file can't be fully downloaded, the download hangs at a certain %. Either retry downloading that shard a couple of times and if even that does not work notify the user that the download failed due to missing shard.
