/courses: create section '4 best courses of the week'

On /courses page, there should be a link to 'Home' on top of the CourseCategories navigation:

On that page, we will have:

• 4 manually selected best courses of the week (for this we will need to create the course.if_course_of_the_week field in the database).
• 4 most recently created courses

@lakesare Who will be selecting the courses manually? Or is it a voting option? Or do we have to get some statistics done based on the number of users?

@anandvenkat4, me :-) Right now courses with the best ratings are shown on top. Previously courses with the largest number of learners were shown on top.

Neither of these solutions shows the best/most interesting courses (how cute is this one https://www.memcode.com/courses/1121?).

We lack the basic home page, the /courses isn't particularly interesting to look at.

I agree.

This course is really interesting and would kindle a sense of fun to many of the readers. Can we arrange a brainstorming session to come up with ideas? What do you think?

👍 Some other things that can be added to the home page are:

• 4 random courses (and you can spin the randomizer again 🤔)
• some general memcode stats - number of flashcards created, number of users signed up.

Something to keep in mind is I think there should be a balance between memcode feeling like a very personal tool VS something more social.
