Study Flash Cards in Both Directions

As a first level, it would be great to just flip a card. And then start editing it immediately.

I remember that's been requested (can't find the email though). There should be a separate SettingsModal for the user who learns the course. We could add a list item 'Learning Settings' into this dropdown that would open that modal:

There you'd be able to enable the reordering you mentioned (question<->answer), and randomization (someone also requested the flashcards to be randomized every time they review the course).

Admittedly I have a hard time thinking of the course where such reordering could work, but apparently some people do need it, so I'm pro implementing it 👍 (And certainly pro-flashcard-randomization)
