Right now it stays open.

I didn't fix it. When you click 'Stop Learning' - tooltip automatically closes

I now get it. Is it required to know Redux for this, or just React knowledge is enough.

Some tips as to where to find solutions would also be helpful.

Just React knowledge is enough. We should just read on the api of https://github.com/atomiks/tippy.js-react, and close the tooltip using its api.
