Question Regarding the Ontology Used in the NCBI-Disease Dataset

Hello, your work is very valuable! However, I encountered an issue when trying to reproduce your results on the NCBI-Disease dataset. I found that the ontology you provided is much larger than the ones used in previous works, such as BioSyn and SAPBERT. They have 71,924 synonyms in common, whereas your dictionary contains 97,160. Did you use any additional data? Is this comparison fair?
