Translate content to Portuguese (pt-BR)

We desire to translate all the content of this repository into Portuguese. In the future, we intend to translate into other languages too.

For a while, please, choose an idea, made the translation of the content, and open a PR (Pull Request)!!!!

Folder structure

InsideProjects folder we'll have each folder with the language abbreviation, like en for English, pt-br for Portuguese-Brazil, and so on. Inside each language folder, we'll maintain the folders: 1-Beginner, 2-Intermediate, and 3-Advanced. Also, we'll maintain the original name file in English. Translate only the content of each file ;)

in addition, inside each language folder, we'll add a README.md file with the translation of the main README.md

How we should create the new content? Where is the correct path for the translates? Is there a pattern?

I have chosen a new approach to the folder structure and I will complement the description of this task with this information!!
