Flathub package is outdated

Hi, I installed the app, and immediately ran into a bug. My future event kept going to the Past tab.

I found that it should be fixed (#1), but it is not. The reason is that the Flathub package is still at 1.0.0, while releases here go up to 1.0.4. Appartently none of your patches have made it to the average user.

A side note: Project version also doesn't match releases: https://github.com/lainsce/countdown/blob/4163a2b317d29e82480e7ccf4b37633f4ca06590/meson.build#L2C15-L2C23
