Enable support for Remote Play Together in the proxy appid

Hi,

I was curious if its possible to inform the Steam client that this proxy fake appid supports Remote Play Together? I haven't checked your code yet, but if you're using an underlying appid like Spacewar or something, then there are other magic appids that have this feature enabled.
