Architecture documentation

The project is getting complex, with many pieces working together. We should write an "Architecture" / "How it works" documentation in https://docs.lagon.app, covering:

  • What does each package / crate do
  • How they interact with each other
  • What and why other softwares are necessary (Prometheus, Redis, S3, the DB, Axiom...)
