Review location of .proto file in server and client ends

As pointed out by @bjaglin at https://github.com/lagom/lagom/issues/280#issuecomment-422740983 the .proto files locations need a review.

I think we may need to put them on hello-api and hello-stream-impl: location or the .proto file depends on whether it's a used to create a server or a client maybe... IDK. Opinions?

Once fixed, this is worth a thorough explanation on the quickstart guide.
