Support Magisk template v4+

My updates follow the new Magisk template allowing this module to install on Magisk v15+. I have tested it on Magisk v16 on Lineage OS 14.1 (Android 7.1.2) and works.

Can't be installed via magisk 15.2

This always show error and can't be installed, tested Nougat 7.1.2 and Oreo 8.1.0

Changing resolver

I changed the resolver in /system/etc/dnscrypt-proxy/dnscrypt-proxy.conf to ovpnse and rebooted the phone but it's still seems to be using random servers each time.
