Added new buffer to Thingspeak

Hi.

Thank you for sharing your work.

As said here, OEM Gateway is not maintained anymore. It was replaced by emonHub.

You should move to emonHub.

And I should probably update the README to state this more clearly.

Would you mind rebasing on emonHub and submitting your pull request there?
