403 Forbidden when requesting the script from the cdn

Hi

I'm requesting the script http://perfbar.khalidlafi.com.global.prod.fastly.net/perfbar-0.0.2.min.js but I'm getting a 403 Forbidden. Has something changed that I'm not aware of?
