Can you provide the output of `./discover.php -h HOSTNAME -d -v -m bgp-peers` and `./poller.php -h HOSTNAME -d -v -m bgp-peers`. Replace HOSTNAME with the devices hostname.

Run validate, it should give you the sql commands to run (or allow you to auto fix the issue) to get your db back in a current state, then re-run...

If you are using http/sql as a backend then this pr added the ability to reload just a single device (both new and existing). Might be better to do it...
