Yeah it's never worked as far as I know. Most likely a simple fix but I've never taken a look.

Just change `copy run start` for `write mem`? Alternatively have you tried to add a newline at the end of `copy run start\n`

What user do you run oxidized as? Have you tried running oxs as the same user?

You should show what you are sending across.

I can confirm the changes proposed here work absolutely fine.
