LB Calculate HOY - sugestions
-
I think 'LB Calculate HOY' would be better with only 'hours' as float (no separate 'hours' and 'minutes' as integers). Like it was in old LB Node, removed few days ago #3 Someone can use "Number Range' as input and get list of HOYs. Sverchok style. I needed once to divide sunpath into 64, 128 or 256 sectors, not full minutes or hours.

I see that there is difference between list of 'hoy' and 'hoys'. Can we conver list of 'hoy' into 'hoys'?
Ping @mostaphaRoudsari and @chriswmackey
Here is example i tested 2880 sun positions (4 per minute), from 6AM till 6PM. Quite accurate, see ruler at the bottom. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cRh-Oq9gNUc
Oh wow. That's a cool video!
Just to clarify - the work I'm doing is basically generating Sverchok nodes from a template provided by the upstream Ladybug Tools nodes, as well as writing some translation functions for the Blender geometry API. So these types of questions I unfortunately cannot answer and need @mostaphaRoudsari and @chriswmackey to help :)
Hi @ppaawweeuu, can you provide a graph as an example? I'm probably missing your point here but that's how Ladybug's sunpath input works currently. You can just connect float values. Try using the Analysis Period component and see if that resolves your issue.
Thank you for testing and providing all the great feedback. 😀
