@AzenisBm You should check the version of Rhino6 and Operation system. Make sure the Rhino6 is SR 25 or higher and Operation system is Window 10.

Hello @Sjzaxxx @AzenisBm,

I believe the problem might have something to do with the fact you're using your Administrator account. You need to create a normal Users account with Admin privileges. Make sure you new User name contains NO spaces (white space) or special characters (e.g. @#€!*":?-_). I hope this works for you!
