Boundary Condition for Plume Dispersion in urban area

I'm doing some test about plume dispersion using the outdoor example file. But I'm having trouble defining the boundary condition for the smoke. Here's the geometry

so what BC should i use to define the smoke behaviour? Thanks in advance.
