Changes my URL back to localhost

This could just be me, but I'm accessing the server remotely from another computer on the LAN when I do some things, like add another instance of plugin, it changes my URL back to http://127.0.0.1/xdm/blah instead of what I was working off of before like http://192.168.1.123/xdm/blah

does this happen on every redirect or only on the described situation (adding a plugin instance)?

Seems to be adding instances only.

On further tests seems to be affecting most redirects
