XDM versionning

Hi lad,

I think that, as soon as develop is ahead from master, it would be great to change it's version. That allow me, for example, to set a XDM min version to my bookys plugins that use the update of requests lib.

Do you understand what I mean ?

i am actually trying to use git flow techniques and new versions are set un a new release that is just before its merges into master

but i understand your issue
