Check for already downloaded / import existing

Just a idea. When migrating from for example sickbeard most people already have a existing collection. Would be nice when you add a new movie but mainly TV shows that it checks if certain files are already available. We could add a default location in media type manager maybe to accomplish this and certain checks on the mover addons?

We are testing a local media adder for anime right now That connects the found files to the episodes It works by getting information from anidb by file hash

Since there is no such database for normal tv shows we would need to parse the file name

That would be a nice complement, if it will also be available for movies and tv show.
