More quality settings / options

I played a bit with quality addon but it's hard to get constant releases like this Almost Human S01E10 HDTV x264-LOL, sometimes it picks any release that has HDTV in it meaning I could get 720p which isn't wanted in this case. Maybe adding the option for ignore or preferd words can also be added if not already, it's possible I missed that option.

You can combine it with the regex filter to completely blacklist something the regex filter is pre installed
