Great idea honestly, it may end up as a import/export settings button due to how packages are built.

I now realize I didn't say the true reason I'm suggesting this feature. I want to create a Scoop package for the app. There is a non-portable bucket but I like to have all my apps portable (the main focus of Scoop is for apps to be portable).

I could hack around a bit and try get a workaround but I think it would be much better if it's an actual feature.
