Release package to conda-forge

Open radiantly opened this issue 4 years ago • 2 comments

Firstly - great project! Thank you for your great work!

Coming to the issue, I use conda to manage my python dependencies, and it'd be really great if it were possible to release the package on conda-forge, so that it can easily be installed using conda.

Would love to know your thoughts on the same, thanks!

First of all, thank you for your feedback,

I will look at conda-forge, it seems easy to use, so i am not against adding a conda-forge package to ease installation for conda users.

I'll keep you updated.

Hello radiantly,

I tried to build and upload the package to conda but the experience was not pleasant and buggy. Hence i won't maintain a conda package for now. As for now, using pip inside a conda env is still a pretty good solution with not so many downsides.

Have a nice day !
