`forceSSD="no"` not working as expected with pcmanfm-qt in CSD mode

Observed:

• With core.decoration: client pcmanfm-qt 2.0.0 shows CSD but gains SSD on top with <action name="SetDecorations" decorations="full" forceSSD="no"/>
• In the same context nautilus gets SSD with forceSSD="yes", but does NOT get SSD with forceSSD="no" (in other words SSD behaves as expected with nautilus)

Expected:

• Expected NO SSD with forceSSD="no" with pcmanfm-qt
