Error "The stream has been lost" on Matlab

hi, i run SendDataSimple C++ example and Matlab example. but seem it not work well, i got this error: Error using lsl_pull_sample_d the stream has been lost

None of those links are working.

What platform are you using, Windows, Mac, Linux? What Matlab version?
