Unable to import file fully

When I tried to import xdf file with load_xdf, it says that "got zero-length chunk, scanning forward to next boundary chunk. scan forward reached end of file with no match." The xdf file was able to be imported, but only the first 8% of the data. There was no issue during recording and the file size is similar to those that were successfully read. Any help is appreciated!
