[suggestion] Will not echo support Japanese Document?

Issue Description

Echo support English Document like below URL. https://echo.labstack.com/

Will not echo support Japanese like above Document? I often saw most of developer in Japan can't good use echo. (e.g. binder interface)

If echo would like to support Japanese, I'll help it.
